Rudolph Camishion Award for Academic Excellence in Surgery
Dr. Patrick Hsu is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon and Reconstructive Microsurgeon who graduated President of his class with the highest of honors and distinction. His honors and awards include the Rudolph Camishion Award for Academic Excellence in Surgery in the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School 2003 Alumni Award, awarded for demonstrating, to the greatest degree, the values of the medical field, upholding the highest level of individual integrity, and making a significant contribution to the medical school class.

The Alpha Omega Alpha Honor was awarded to Dr. Hsu not just for his exceptional academic rank, but also for leadership, proficiency, including a solid ethical outlook, the indication of long-term achievement in medicine, and a dedication to service in the school and community. The Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society is a professional medical society that acknowledges and advocates for brilliance in study and the finest standards in the field of medicine. Only the top 15 percent of the medical school class is awarded this prestigious distinction. Dr. Hsu’s award is based on his leadership, character, community service, and professionalism.

Dr. Hsu was delighted to be acknowledged in Health and Fitness Magazine as one of Houston’s Top doctors for Cosmetic/Reconstructive Surgery. The Doctors’ Choice Award was presented to 273 of Houston’s top medical professionals—an award determined by peer votes. Health and Fitness magazine mailed letters to over 3,000 Houston area doctors encouraging them to vote for their top pick of Houston doctors. The private online ballot requested that they selected two physicians they would send their family to for treatment.
