LABIAPLASTY IN HOUSTON & WEBSTER, TX

Many women have uneven or enlarged labia, which can prohibit them from comfortably engaging in physical and sexual activities. Labiaplasty is the most common procedure performed in vaginal rejuvenation. This surgical procedure will reduce the size of the outer vagina by trimming excess labial tissue from the outer lips.

At Memorial Plastic Surgery, our leading plastic surgeons, Dr. Patrick HsuDr. Kendall Roehl, and Dr. Vasileios Vasilakis, provide Labiaplasty in Houston and Clear Lake, as well as other surrounding cities.

Is Labiaplasty Right for Me?

Ideal candidates for Labiaplasty are those currently experiencing discomfort or functional issues due to enlarged or uneven labia majora or labia minora. At Memorial Plastic Surgery, we understand that the decision to undergo labiaplasty can be personal and will vary among patients. The expert guidance of our plastic surgeons will allow us to determine if the surgery is right for you.

Memorial Plastic Surgery’s board-certified plastic surgeons provide lasting labiaplasty results to Houston and Clear Lake patients, including surrounding areas such as Sugar Land, Katy, Webster, Baytown, Galveston, and more.

It is important to remember that there are many reasons why women decide to undergo a labiaplasty procedure. For many, the reasons may not always be due to the outer aesthetic appearance of their labia. The procedure oversees a change that will enable women to:

  • Experience renewed body confidence
  • Engage in more physical activities and exercises
  • Enjoy more fitting clothing options
  • Enjoy increased arousal and confidence from sexual intercourse and activity

Benefits

How is Labiaplasty Performed?

Depending on your needs and goals, there are two popular techniques used during surgery:

  1. Trim Method – This method sculpts the vaginal area by surgically removing excess skin along the edges of the labia. The scars are easily concealed along the labia minora, away from the clitoris and vaginal opening.
  2. Wedge Method – The ridges of the labia are removed using a V-shaped incision. The remaining tissues are then sewn together using absorbable sutures.

All procedures are performed under local or general anesthesia, at your doctor’s suggestion.

Cost & Financing

At Memorial Plastic Surgery, the price of this procedure varies from $5,000 – $5,500+. The overall cost of labiaplasty will cover your anesthesia and operating room (OR) fees and follow-up visits with your doctor after surgery. It also includes the professional fees of your surgeon, which vary per doctor.

Most insurance companies classify labiaplasty as a cosmetic procedure and will not cover this surgery unless deemed medically necessary.

Memorial Plastic Surgery accepts all major credit cards, personal checks, and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin and Etherium) for payment. We also offer financing options that can help with the cost of surgery.

Recovery & Results

You will be given post-operative care instructions before your surgery to ensure you are well prepared and get the best results possible. Since Labiaplasty is an outpatient procedure, you can return home after a few hours in recovery.
